What we’re looking for
Senior Planner £38,808 - £42,000
We’re looking for a experienced town planner with a broad range of experience. You will draw on your knowledge of Planning and the associated local and national legislation and planning policy. As well as an excellent command of planning systems, you will be IT proficient and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for planning officers who will quickly adjust to our fast-paced high-performing team and have experience dealing with both minor and major applications. You’ll need to be comfortable presenting at planning committee and able to offer help to junior members of the team.
Principal Planner £45,540 - £48,792
As well as meeting the requirements for the Senior Planner role, you will also have a proven track record of successfully delivering large scale strategic sites. You will contribute to service improvements to achieve cost efficiency and effectiveness whilst project managing work to ensure client expectations are exceeded. You will also provide support and guidance to peers and more junior staff to distribute knowledge and ensure current planning issues and legislation are cascaded and understood.
