Would you like to make a difference and work for an organisation committed to strengthening families?

PACT (Parents and Children Together) helps hundreds of families every year through outstanding adoption and award-winning therapeutic support and inspirational community projects across London and the south of England. We are one of the UK’s leading independent adoption agencies. Our mission is to provide adoption and community services to vulnerable children, women and families.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and further develop our IT and telephony infrastructure and resources across multiple sites. Your role is key in ensuring that our IT and communications services are maintained to a high technical standard so that our people are able to perform their jobs effectively.

You will manage both in-house and outsourced contracts for IT support services, oversee IT development projects and as part of our organisational digital strategy, support the Chief Operating Officer in setting the IT strategy for the charity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy and varied role where no day is the same. You will need to be confident advising senior colleagues on future development projects, working with a range of stakeholders to ensure that we make the best use of our IT services as well as carrying out day to day hands on tasks.

Interested? If you feel excited about this role and would like to join an organisation that offers a supportive working culture, please apply by completing an application form and sending it to PACT_HR@pactcharity.org
