Team Manager

You’ve got an in-depth understanding of mental health issues and substantial experience of working in a Housing and Social Care setting. All you need is the perfect environment to put your skills to great use. Welcome to Richmond Fellowship as a Team Manager.

Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to manage the day-to-day running of our CQC registered service in Halifax. Moor View Care Home in Halifax is a well-established registered care home providing 24 hour nursing care to up to 17 people. Following a recent CQC inspection that raised some operational issues, we are taking positive steps to address them. As well as ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who use our services, we’ll rely on you to manage service contracts, line manage front line staff and organise any building maintenance requirements. Whether you’re carrying out medication audits, doing an induction, undertaking an investigation, putting team development plans in place or providing support to our business development team, one thing’s for sure – you won't be short of challenge and variety.

As well as substantial experience gained managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs is a given, you will have a significant understanding of Mental Health issues. You’re outcome driven and able to lead by example using your firm but inclusive management style. You’re open and encouraging too, and have lots of tact and diplomacy. What's more, you're great at managing conflicting priorities on time, have a flexible attitude to working hours and are willing to participate in on call arrangements. And, if you have experience of carrying out investigations, writing reports/recommendations or managing budgets, even better, although again, it's not essential.

This is a rolling recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be contacted as and when they apply.
