About the role

We provide Care 24/7 in our 51 bedded residential home.

Working with an enthusiastic team , ranging from all ages, cultures and experiences. Your role will require interaction with the residents .

We are a strong team that works with each other to provide the best possible care and environment for our residents, the home is rated Outstanding with CQC (November 2019) and we constantly thrive to achieve our residents wish lists.

Experience is not essential for this role, full training will be provided. As long as you have the heart to care your already half way there. There are continuous opportunities to development with internal and external training and promotions available.

To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:

A good understanding of written and spoken English

Basic computer/typing skills

A basic understanding of what care is

The heart and desire to care for others
