Property Services Co-ordinator

You have experience of working in a support environment where data collection systems are used to improve management information and service delivery. All you need is the perfect environment to put your skills to great use. Welcome to Richmond Fellowship as a Property Services Coordinator.

Right now, we’re looking for a determined individual who’s committed to delivering quality customer services, best practice and best value to join our property services team. Your challenge? To provide a confidential repairs support service to the team and make a real contribution the efficient running of the department as a whole. Day-to-day, you’ll help the Property Services Manager with the collection and reporting of data to highlight the team’s performance. You’ll also be responsible for gathering information from our asset management databases. And, when it comes to reviewing and amending our administrative systems to make sure they’re accessible and up-to-date, again, we’ll rely on you. Logging and processing repair orders and invoiced expenditure, producing monthly statistics that show expenditure versus budget and monitoring and updating approved lists of contractors and suppliers – all are aspects of this interesting and varied role.

To succeed, you’ll need a good general standard of education and experience of data management and assisting in the provision of performance data, possibly in a public sector/social housing or construction/building setting. You’ll also need advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with standard ICT related reporting tools and a proven ability to formulate and work with complex spreadsheets. Comfortable managing and prioritising your work to meet deadlines, you’re used to providing a client sensitive service too. What’s more, you’re great at forging working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, and willing to occasionally work outside normal office hours in order to get the job done.
