Finance and Administration Officer

An opportunity has arisen within Housing Repairs for a meticulous and driven Financial Administrator to support our Planned Investment and Responsive Repairs Teams. We are a group of team players; being enthusiastic and committed to delivering a great service is essential.

You will be keen to develop your existing skills in handling financial invoices, payments and general financial administration within a busy team. As a proactive and self motivated person, you will be able to use your advanced organisational skills to manage a large workload to strict deadlines whilst keeping accurate and accessible records to meet audit requirements.

Drawing on your proven experience of dealing with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner, you will provide financial administrative support to budget holders and contract supervisors.

Your activities will also include being an advanced user of our in-house software Orchard Housing, and championing the maintenance of up to date and accurate data with regular checks and digital ‘housekeeping’.
