Position: Behaviour and Attitudes Support Manager

Pay Range:                           Grade SO2 (FTE £27,106 - £29,051 Pro Rota)

Position Start Date:              As soon as possible

Contract Type:                     36 hours a week, 39 weeks a year.
Contract Term:                    Permanent

Required as soon as possible a Behaviour and Attitudes Support Manager. This role is to work under an agreed system of supervision taking a lead role within the school to address the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning such as attendance, behavioural, emotional & attachment difficulties, through restorative practice and child centred support, with close liaison with home and outside agencies. To establish relationships that supports the pupil in reaching their potential and to lead in school on developing home/school links. The successful candidate must have experience of working with vulnerable children and those with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
