Salary: £19,275 - £21,707 per annum (pro rata)

Permanent Contract, Term Time Only

Do you have a high level of commitment to equality issues and have the ability to influence practice through proven experience of developing high quality practice in EYFS provision?

Do you hold a professional qualification relevant to the work of young children and families (NVQ L3 or above) and A-C GCSE English and Maths or equivalent?

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Nursery Practitioner, with experience of working in a good or outstanding early years' setting to join the team. Neptune Nursery is a well-resourced, established neighbourhood nursery, which caters for the Tilbury community.

You will be part of the nursery team, working to improve the outcomes of some of the youngest children in the borough by working closely with other nursery staff to ensure continuity of policy and practice, in particular the delivery of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (2017), supporting and nurturing children to develop.

You must have an excellent understanding of the welfare, learning and development needs of the 0-5 year old children and be able to communicate well with children, managers and staff.

For an informal discussion about this post, please contact Diane Young, Nursery Manager at Neptune on 01375 852986.

A Disclosure and Barring Service Check at Enhanced level will be required for this post.
