37 Hours – this is a full time post but applications for part-time will also be considered.
Starting salary range - £26,029 to £32,894 + £1,239 essential car user allowance, per annum

As part of the Development Management team, you will get the opportunity to further your knowledge of the planning and development management process and gain experience in dealing with a range of planning applications. This will include the opportunity to be involved with major housing schemes.

You will also have the ability to read plans and drawings and prepare and present information effectively in writing and orally.
