The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer communications and marketing experience professional to join leading property group A2Dominion and be part of its £23m business change programme, which is transforming the way we work and significantly improving the services we deliver to customers.

In this critical role, you'll be the key link between the Communications team and the wider business for the Group's major transformation programme, providing expert advice and leading teams through changes to deliver high-quality communications and a great customer experience.

Acting as customer champion and brand guardian, you'll be responsible for ensuring communications and brand standards are maintained and for identifying and implementing opportunities to improve.

Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you'll review, develop and improve processes and oversee the delivery of the changes to customer communications.

In addition, this role is responsible for managing a team of three and for managing the business-as-usual marketing communications work programme, including customer campaigns, projects and publications.

About you

We are looking for a highly driven, dynamic and passionate individual with strong critical thinking and analysis skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

You will have significant customer communications / marketing experience, ideally with some experience of working within a business transformation environment.

You will be skilled at building and developing relationships with stakeholders and able to lead teams through change.

Experience of line management and coaching and developing others is essential, as is strong programme and project management expertise and excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
