We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support our Chair, Vice Chair and Leader of the Council. This is an exciting role that works to support them to develop and deliver an annual programme of civic and ceremonial events. This may involve some evening and weekend working.
The successful candidate must have experience of working as a Personal Assistant for senior roles. Your responsibilities will include diary management, organising travel and events, responding to emails and letters, designing and developing invitations and flyers. As this is a varied role you will need strong IT skills, strong communication skills (both written and verbally) and the ability to pick up a number of ad-hoc tasks as they arise. This is a fantastic role in a collaborative, progressive organisation.
Interviews will take place on the 7 & 8 November 2019.
