We are looking for an organised and confident individual to work in our friendly Corporate Governance team.
The post holder will be required to work as part of a close-knit team to log, monitor and track cases relating to corporate complaints, data protection, freedom of information requests and equalities impact assessment requests. The role will also be responsible for working with the Head of Service to monitor council performance, and produce standard reports on progress every quarter.
The post holder will support a variety of different areas of work in a regulatory environment, and should be comfortable with managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines. Any applicant should be confident when talking to customers and members of staff from different levels within the organisation, have a high level of attention to detail, be comfortable with applying legislation and regulations to work tasks, and able to present information from a variety of sources into a report.
