Principal Licensing Officer
Full-time (36 hours flexible) hours, Salary £37,112 to £44,864 p.a. (Dependent on experience) plus essential car user allowance.
We are looking for the right officer to join our busy Environmental Health team as Principal Licensing Officer. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity involving the development of policy and managing the day-to-day operations of the Council’s licencing functions with the aid of two licensing enforcement officers.
You will be enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and have admirable organisational skills, sound management skills, and a positive attitude. You must be an excellent communicator and be confident in dealing with members of the public. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work on your own initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and work to tight deadlines.
