Do you have previous experience in a Knowledge management role? Have you got experience in planning and facilitating workshops? Have you worked with Knowledge Management tools and systems and understand KM best practices?
We are looking for a Knowledge Officer to come in and support the Knowledge Manager with roll-out of Knowledge Management (KM) across the Group with the business transformation Project Services team, including, Leading presentations to introduce KM to new departments; help them understand and respond to the opportunities and implications.
The Knowledge officer will contribute to the development of the KM strategy and framework including KM standards and will play a key role in advising on how Knowledge should be sought, captured, codified, validated, transferred, reused, shared and applied. This will be done by using established KM tools.
Most importantly as a Knowledge Officer, you will be a role model as a KM practitioner and a super user for knowledge tools, stating abreast of KM sector best practices, taking responsibility for personal development and attending training and external KM events where resources allow.
