We are currently recruiting for a strong, motivated individual that is looking for their next career step as a Service Charge Manager. You would be responsible for managing a high performing service team that consists of five Service Charge Officers.
The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate a track record of continually improving service to achieve value for money. You will be an innovative thinker that can align services to meet the needs of customers and can adapt to change whilst supporting others through the change process.
We are looking for someone who can lead on the setting of annual service charge budgets and managing delivery of timely and accurate year end accounts; also managing the reconciliation of bank accounts for sinking funds collected. To achieve further successes in this area, the individual will need a good understanding of project management, and experience in delivering service improvement project plans within strict time and budget constraints.
To be considered for this role you need to have experience of service charges, be a good communicator and have a strong excel knowledge
