We are looking to recruit an exceptional new team member to support our successful and dynamic Public Protection service.
The post provides vital administrative support to our busy Environmental Health service processing and supporting a wide range of service requests, including complaints, taking payments and responding to customer enquiries. In addition to providing customer service, the post holder will also provide back office support to Environmental Health enforcement officers and managers. The nature and sensitivity of incoming work in this highly varied role requires real communication skills and flexibility.
The hours of work for this role are 26 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. The Council currently operates a Flexible Working Hours Scheme which applies to this post. This post is based at Morecambe Town Hall.
