North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to employ a Families First Information Service (FFIS) Information Assistant.
Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2021.
The FFIS Information Assistant must be able to work within a customer focused service, answering enquiries to the Families First Information Service helpline, online applications and social media platforms whilst providing Business Support to help maintain the information base for the service. The successful applicant will have the ability to take on board a lot of information about services and activities for children and young people aged 0-19 years and will be able to deliver guidance about funding opportunities for childcare in the local area.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and have knowledge of IT applications and experience of working in an information delivery role. They will also possess good Business Support skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to adapt to change are required.
