Operations Manager - Waste & Street Services

Working with our Direct Services Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the operational performance and management of our in-house domestic refuse, recycling, food and garden waste collections.

The post-holder will also be responsible for managing street services and trade waste operations.

The successful applicant will work with the Environmental Services Manager to improve operational performance, round efficiencies as well improving the financial performance of all services.

Candidates must be experienced in managing operational services whether within a local authority or commercial setting.

Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering change and service improvements. An ability to manage change is essential together with the importance of managing high performing services.
