LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR

JOHN WHITGIFT ACADEMY

 

Salary: Grade B Point 3 – (£18,065 Full Time Equivalent) pro rata.  £9.36 per hour.

 

Hours: 7.5 hours per week, 5 days per week / Term Time only (38 weeks) / Permanent

 

Required for January 2020

 

John Whitgift Academy is looking to appoint a Lunch Time Supervisor to start in January 2020.  To actively supervise the pupils in the dining room, playground and throughout the academy premises during the lunchtime period.

 

John Whitgift Academy is the highest performing academy in North East Lincolnshire and is in the top 4% of most improved academies in the country.  Its student population is rapidly growing with numbers leaving in 2019 compared to those joining, increasing by 200%.  Behaviour is good with a relentless focus upon learning, aspiration and in establishing quality effective relationships between students, staff and the local community. Outcomes in 2018 were above national average in all main categories and the academy is very fortunate to have exceptional facilities, such as swimming pools, an engineering base and a 220 seat private cinema.
