Concierge Operative

The concierge is a highly regarded department and our role is to provide a clean and safe environment to our residents.
We are currently looking for 2 part time concierge operatives to join our weekend team.

2X Part-Time Concierge Operatives
Scale 4

£22,377 pa - £23,607pa.( pro-rata)

Duty hours will be 24 hours per week between 9:30am to 10:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Newham Council is currently recruiting for 2x weekend concierge part time operatives, the service area is seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated staff to safely deliver a clean and safe environment to the residents.

Be able to speak and write

You will need to have a basic ICT knowledge, Customer service, CCTV and cleaning skills as you will be required to clean all of the communal areas, monitor CCTV and use the outlook to communicate to various departments. Basic health and safety awareness is also required including Fire safety, COSHH and minor repair awareness
