Head of Income Management
Location: Haringey, London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time - 36 hours per week

Homes for Haringey have a fantastic opportunity for a determined and inspirational Head of Department to lead our Income Management Team. We are looking for a proactive leader to spearhead and enhance our current model and create a customer centric culture whilst enhancing the service we provide.
This role will see you drive the delivery of our income management and leasehold services functions by developing high performing and highly motivated teams to optimise rental income leasehold services, rent accounts and financial inclusion within a changing and challenging environment. We will offer you the autonomy to improve the culture of the department by embedding your own ideas in order to nurture and motivate the team to improve our services.
We are looking for a strong leader with a track record of successfully implementing new and creative solutions to maximise performance. You must be able to demonstrate that you have routinely met targets, working with residents to drive through continuous improvements. You will already be recognised as an excellent communicator who engages positively with your department to maximise performance. You will possess demonstrable experience in managing teams of 40+ across a wide range of specialisms
You will be part of the senior management team and must have a good knowledge of the wider context of social housing. You will be proficient in working across teams, directorates and organisations to achieve the best outcome for our residents, Homes for Haringey and for the Council.
