As an organisation, we know we can’t stand still: meeting the challenges ahead requires us to continue to improve both our services and the ways we work.
We’re seeking people with experience of managing successful business change and project initiatives to join our dynamic and friendly team and help us think differently about how we design and deliver services, by working better and more closely in partnership and by intervening earlier to meet genuine need.
In the Improvement team, we manage a diverse portfolio of projects across the organisation and beyond to enable service improvement and innovation. We’re at the heart of championing and delivering the business and service improvement, technology, and cultural change needed for success. Recently we’ve helped to set up alternative delivery models including joint ventures, trading companies and shared services, supported service improvement and transformation programmes in front line services, led projects to help deliver the aspirations of our digital strategy and driven forward our ambitions to implement Smart Working across the organisation.
We now require new team members who can work across a range of projects to deliver change across our organisation.
This is a brilliant opportunity for proactive and ambitious team players with a background in project and/or change management to join us at an exciting time of growth in a role that offers fantastic career progression and training opportunities. These roles will appeal to you if you thrive on managing multiple projects and stakeholders, can confidently and effectively communicate and have the tenacity and resilience to drive forward change in complex and ambiguous environments.
Sound like you? If so, we want to hear from you. We are keen to hear from people with transferable skills from different industry backgrounds, as well as those with a strong track record of managing change in the public sector.
