We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic practitioner who shares our organisations values and behaviours to join our busy Community Resilience Team part time. As a Community Resilience Officer, you will have wide ranging expertise in anti-social behaviour, and preferably an understanding of noise and environmental crime.
You will be part of a joint multi skilled innovative enforcement team reporting to the Community Safety & Environmental Enforcement Manager as well as working closely with our dedicated Police team. This is a high profile and rewarding role that will help make a real difference to the lives of those who experience anti-social behaviour in the Epping Forest District.
In a progressive and transforming authority you will be required to deliver customer focused services as ‘one team’ utilising innovative methods and technology.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative, help build excellent working relationships with external partners, businesses, stakeholders, Councillors and Senior Managers. They will also be an influential decision-maker who will contribute to the wider aims of the Council and its partners to keep people safe and improve the perception of crime in the District.
