Planning Enforcement Officer

The successful candidate will be expected to have a degree or relevant experience in town planning or a legislative enforcement related field, such as licensing or environmental protection and have knowledge and understanding of the role of development management, planning enforcement and the planning system. They will be expected to have excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to deal calmly and professionally with confrontational situations and resolve problems by using their experience and initiative and by working closely with colleagues within the Development Management Teams and other service areas of the Council.
