Responsive Repairs Manager

Hexagon Housing Association is a dynamic and diverse housing association working to meet housing and care needs in South East London to assist with economic and social regeneration. We currently

manage around 4,500 homes and we have an active development programme that ensures that we continue to grow successfully.

This role is so much more than a Repairs Manager. It is a key leadership position within our management team – holding accountability for delivering one of the most important elements of our service offering. You will champion customer service, seeking to push boundaries and truly put ‘customers at the heart of all we do’.

You will have a track record in managing and delivering a continuously improving repairs service, sound budgetary control and an enquiring leadership style that secures value for money outcomes. But for us, this is just the starting point.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team that is driven by ensuring that the above doesn’t become just another set of words. You will be fantastic with people, collegiate in your approach and have a visionary flair that galvanises your team to question daily how they are improving the lives of those that we support. Given the seniority of this post, you will shape much more than just the repairs service. Working with the directors team, and preparing management information that is presented with intelligent analysis and business acumen, you will be exposed to experiences that are preparing you for an executive leadership role in the future.
