We are currently seeking a customer focused individual to join our award winning Revenues and Benefits Team. You will be responsible for the accurate processing, collection and recovery of Council Tax while also ensuring that customers entitled to Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction receive prompt and appropriate payments. You will need to be a team player with good administrative skills and have some previous Revenues, Benefits, or Customer Service experience. But above all else, if you’re able to work accurately on your own initiative to targets and to deadlines, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability develop your knowledge quickly then we want to hear from you.
