Front of House Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a positive and flexible person to join our team as a Front of House Assistant. The role will be varied, supporting across the box office, catering and stewarding functions whilst providing high levels of customer service at all times. You will get involved in a wide range of duties including the sale of tickets, helping customers with general queries and serving of food and drinks.

Please note: a 2.3% pay award has been agreed from 1 April 2020.

About the Person
We are looking for applications that can demonstrate the following:

• Fantastic customer service skills;
• Previous ticketing system experience is preferred;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and,
• Alignment with our organisational behaviours which are to be Positive, Supportive, Flexible and Innovative.
