Customer Advisor Apprentice - £7,525 per annum
The Council is currently seeking to recruit a fixed term (12 months) full-time Customer Services Practitioner Apprentice (Level 2) to work in its Customer Services team.
The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for North East Lincolnshire residents and visitors, whether the enquiry is via the telephone, face to face or via social media.
This position will involve communicating and dealing with a range of enquiries from the general public, internal services as well as partners and external agencies. Applicants must be able to adapt their customer and interpersonal relationship style to deal effectively, fairly and equitably with customers depending on their needs.

Based at the Municipal Offices, Grimsby and occasional duties at The Civic Centre Immingham.
This is a generic role and combines call handling duties in a busy Contact Centre and assisting customers with digital services, and general enquiries in our Customer Access Point.
The successful applicant will complete the Customer Services Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 alongside their role, with excellent support in place to achieve this. Classroom sessions will be during the working day and the successful candidate will be released within work hours to attend.
