The role


You will be responsible for all sales tenures including Shared Ownership, Shared Equity and outright sales products and deliver reservation, exchanges and completed sales in line with the site targets. You’ll be responsible for the running of the sales and marketing suit on site, welcoming visitors, undertaking viewings as well as daily inspections of the sales units and as ensuring the office and show homes are always properly equipped and resourced. This will include ensuring that promotional materials, advertising hoarding, flags and general branding and imagery are both available and to Catalysts high standards at all times in conjunction with the internal marketing team.


Key requirements


To be successful you will have outstanding communication, selling and organisational skills as well as demonstrable knowledge of all products (particularly multi-tenure), services and relevant policies within the wider housing market. It is essential that you have the ability to produce reports and statistical analysis and have experience of both achieving and exceeding sales targets.This role will be based on site from either a dedicated sales cabin or office and you will need to have the flexibility to be able to work variable hours including evenings and weekends but limited overall to 35 hours per week.  A full and clean driver’s license is essential.


Please note this is 12 months FTC and The shift pattern for this role is : 9:45 am – 5:15 pm, Thursday – Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)
