Craven Vale is a residential care home for older people in Brighton and Hove, providing community short term services and respite for up to 24 people.
We are recruiting Care Officers to work various hours per week as follows: 2 x 13 hours; 1 x 16.25 hours; 2 x 19.5 hours; 1 x 22.75 hours; 1 x 25.75; 3 x 26 hours; 1 x 29.25 hours
There are various hours to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. One of the 13 hour vacancies is weekend working only. All other posts include alternate weekends.

About the role
Craven Vale provides community short term services that supports people being discharged from hospital or to avoid unnecessary admissions to hospital.
The service provides rehabilitation which aims to regain people's independence and enable them to return home or to a more suitable placement.
We are looking for people who enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team who are organised and solution focused.
