Building Safety Manager
Location: Haringey, London
Salary: £49,646 - £52,482)
Contract: Permanent, Full time - 36 hours per week
Homes for Haringey have a fantastic opportunity for a Building Safety Manager to lead on delivery of day to day functions of building safety within the safety & compliance department.
This is a challenging role within Safety & Compliance, involving the preparation of the organisation for the new and upcoming changes within the building safety sector. You will ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and to the needs of our tenants.
We are looking for an experienced safety & compliance professional with a combination of academic and practical competence. You will have the ability to work collaboratively across departments and external stakeholders.
You must have extensive experience in working closely with a team of technical specialist and other Building Safety Managers to help deliver the services to residents and clients on behalf of Homes for Haringey and Haringey Council and to implement the overall requirements following Dame Judith Hackitt's review and the building safety legislative framework .
You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working in a similar post and ideally for an ALMO or council.
