About the Role
Do you have a flair for creating clear, concise content that responds to user need? Are you passionate about analytics and using data to improve the online customer experience? If so, you could be the person we’re looking for to drive continuous improvement in our website and help people access our vital public services.

Please note, a 2.3% pay award has been agreed from 1 April 2020

About the Person
• We’re looking for an experienced web officer to maintain a high-quality web service across multiple systems, with accurate, up to date content and search
• You will be an excellent communicator - able to train colleagues and champion best practice in writing for the web and accessibility
• You’ll be comfortable with overseeing a Content Management System – managing users and permissions, as well as liaising with external contractors.
• You are likely to have a degree or relevant technical qualification, or relevant experience
