About the role
You will be responsible delivery of a high-quality repairs service meeting the expectations from our residents. You will be responsible for managing the services across a wide geographic area acting as the eyes and ears for the property function.
You will have a Building, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background with prior experience of repairs delivery, as well as experience of contractor management and budgetary management experience across multiple contracts/ service providers.
You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a core focus on the wellbeing of our residents.
You will be self-motivated with a flexible approach, can learn quickly and adopt best practice and take ownership of issues and drive through to conclusion. You will have knowledge of IT packages/applications to produce programmes reports, specifications and presentations containing complex data and information.
