Nursery Class Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic, experienced and committed teacher who would relish the chance to join our brand new Nursery opening in September 2020?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join our Early Years Teaching Team at Rudheath Primary Academy.  We are a supportive, well-led Academy – proud to be part of the Focus-Trust. As an innovative Academy we are striving to improve standards so that all children achieve across a broad and balanced curriculum.

As our Nursery classteacher you need the ability and determination to:

  • promote high expectations for the achievement and progress of all children
  • engage positively with all our parents and carers
  • lead the our Nursery class on a daily basis with the support of our Early Years Leader
  • engage with our community to ensure that our Nursery continues to expand and grow

We offer the same terms and conditions as local authority schools.

Our school community places the highest priority on keeping our children safe. Applicants for all posts will be subject to stringent vetting and induction processes. The holder of this post will be required to work with children under the age of 18 in a position of trust, and is, therefore, exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

The successful candidate will be subject to the relevant checks and enhanced DBS. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.

Please contact the school to make an appointment with the Principal to find out more information.

Application form and further particulars are available from Mrs Kath Shaw rudheathbusinessmanager@focus-trust.co.uk (and should be returned to) the Principal at the school.
