Walthamstow School for Girls is a vibrant and successful multicultural school. Our students are committed and positive learners who benefit from a purposeful and dynamic learning environment.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner to teach Science at Key Stage 3 and 4 and some Mathematics across the school. From September, this post will require a teacher of predominantly Science (with a specialism in any of the 3 Sciences). We would be happy to talk through the teaching requirements with any prospective candidate prior to application. This is a temporary post to cover a period of maternity leave.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom teacher who is able to demonstrate strong subject knowledge in both Mathematics and Science and is committed to comprehensive and inclusive education.
