The Council is seeking to recruit a customer focused Centre Assistant for the Frank Myler Pavilion, Liverpool Road, Widnes.
We are looking for someone who will oversee building operations and administer community bookings, ensuring that the building, both internally and externally, is kept to a high standard. Previous experience of working with the public is essential. You will be based with the Sports Development Team working as part of a team and on your own, when required.
A semi- structured approach to working pattern is taken, your rota will include working 9:30am – 5:15pm on Monday; plus one other weekday which will be worked three in four weeks (Preferably Tuesday) also 9:30am – 5.15pm. The fourth week you will be required to work on a Saturday 8:00am – 5:45pm. The hours will fit in with centre bookings and availability of other staff and are subject to change. You may be required to work at other Council buildings across the borough where necessary.
