£18,065 - £19,171 (pro rata for part time)
2 x posts – 1 of 19.5 hours per week / 1 of 18.5 hours per week
The post holder will work as part of a team, to help make the resources of the library and information service available to all customers, including those at a disadvantage. S/he will be required to deliver a high level of customer service by assisting members of the public, delivering library based events and supporting the Library Manager with outreach activities.

Hertfordshire County Council have awarded the contract to deliver the Library Service to Libraries for Life, an independent organisation with charitable status. The proposed transition to Libraries for Life will take place on 1 April 2020. Contract start dates after 1 April 2020 will be employed on Libraries for Life terms and conditions.
