Health Improvement Assistant

Medway Public Health team are looking to recruit to an essential back office post .The successful applicant will perform a wide range of finance and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of this high achieving team. Our services include a wide range of health improvement functions, both provided in house and commissioned. We are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of all Medway residents and supporting people to lead healthier happier lives.

If you share our passion for supporting people to be healthy, and have excellent communication, organisation, finance and administrative knowledge and skills, we want to hear from you. This post will lead on key financial duties including budget monitoring, ordering resources and invoice processing. They will also take on a wide range of administrative tasks such as general office management and supporting senior managers. The daily tasks will require close working with all team members and linking with external partners primarily on finance tasks. The post holder will also have the opportunity to support the team with large stakeholder and resident events throughout the year.
