We are looking for an experienced individual to work in our Recruitment Team, managing recruitment both internally and externally and with the opportunity to assist with projects which are linked to our People and Equality and Diversity Agenda.
The role will require engaging with internal and external groups to develop and implement initiatives, promoting SFRS as an employer of choice to individuals, building strong relationships, demonstrating expertise in the power of communication. This role will sit within the People and Organisation Development Team and be integral to supporting the work associated with recruitment activities. This may be explored through many means such as engaging and building relationships with our key stakeholders and managing projects through to successful delivery.
To be shortlisted for this position we are looking for candidates that:
- Have experience of planning and coordinating recruitment processes from start to finish
- Are able to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Are experienced in organising and managing all aspects of recruitment events
- Are comfortable to analyse data to inform trends and establishment needs
