Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role

The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema is on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager to deliver a new, profitable and innovative catering function. Working with the marketing team to recognise gaps in the local market and delivering a new and improved offering to our customers. Ensuring the day to day operation is at the highest standard whilst maintaining and adhering to all health & safety requirements. The Food & Beverage Manager will also be required to take on line management responsibilities for the team.   


About the Person

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will have a successful track record of delivering change in a contract catering, hospitality or retail environment and be comfortable with using your entrepreneurial skills to create a successful catering offer.  We are looking for a positive attitude and a real passion for delivering great customer service. A willingness to work flexibly is crucial to support the Harlequin Theatre & Cinema’s wide-ranging programme of events.
