The Governors of Wincham Community Primary School are excited to appoint an inclusive and caring teacher to join their team. Our school needs an outstanding practitioner to teach our Year 1 class from Monday the 28th of September.

Candidates must have a proven track record of raising standards through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. Candidates must also be able to work as part of a team, have a good sense of humour and create an environment that promotes excellence and learning. This post would be suitable for NQTs or more experienced teachers.

Our pupils are friendly, well-behaved and eager to learn. We have a hardworking team of teachers and support staff. Our governors are active and supportive. We highly value professional development and will offer training and support for the successful candidate.

Salary range M1-M6


Our school community places the highest priority on keeping our children safe. Applicants for this

post will be subject to stringent vetting and induction processes. The holder of this post will be

required to work with children under the age of 18 in a position of trust. The successful candidate

will be subject to the relevant safeguarding checks and enhanced DBS.

Lesson observations and interviews in school Thursday 24th of September, following all social distancing guidelines.  Lessons will be observed but the candidates will be expected to maintain 2m distance from the children.
