Parenting Admin Support Officer

Parenting Admin Support Officer – FIXED TERM for 1 Year

Gillingham, Kent

37 hours per week

£16,824 - £20,322 per annum

This is a new role within the Early Help Service working in our Parenting Team. 

You will be required to provide administrative support with parenting referrals, online parenting programmes and support with administrative preparation for parenting groups/activities (both face to face and online). This role will not only support the parenting team but also support and contribute to collation of information and data that will feed in to Medway’s Parenting Strategy.

You will be required to work from any of the 4 key children and family hubs across Medway, however will be primarily based at the Gillingham Hub as well as working from home.

You should have a GCSE in English Language and Maths (minimum grade 4 or equivalent) together with excellent ICT skills.

Previous experience of providing an efficient administrative support service is essential.
