Team: Adult Learning Disability Team – Integrated Services

Job Family: Supporting – CBG9 and CBG10

Salary: 

            Level 1 Social Worker/Community Nurse - £28,099 - £30,719 per annum pro rata  + MRS of £1,000 per annum pro rata

            Level 2 Social Worker/Community Nurse - £31,589 - £33,106 per annum + MRS of £6,000 per annum pro rata

Hours: 37 hours per week

Base location: Priory House, Shefford with county wide travel

Contract Type: Permanent

ALDT supports vulnerable people over the age of 25 who have a Learning Disability or an Autistic Spectrum Condition.  The roles involve working with them, their carers, providers and other agencies to enable them to achieve independence and fulfil their aspirations.
