Slough Children's Services is committed to making a difference to children, young people and families, To help achieve this we are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Commissioning team.

As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for leading the management and monitoring of Children specific commissioned services ensuring that they meet the KPI's and strategic vision. You will be the key point of contact for quality concerns and provider relationships. You will be supporting the procurement of new arrangements and making sure demand, need and statutory requirements are met. You will be responsible for leading data reporting and analysis for all Placement related contracts and be responsible for providing specialist support to Financee and Placement Officers.

For this role you will need to be educated to A-Level or Equivalent and have experience of working for public organisations and experience of advising and breifing on contract management issues. You will have knowledge of national contracts terms and conditions and also examining of these contracts. You will be experience in developing best practice. You will be a confident practitioner, a strong negotiator and an effective communicator.
