Social Worker

We are recruiting to a 26 hour a week grade 8 Social Work Practitioner or Occupational Therapist post in the Community Mental Health Team in Wokingham. The post holder will be a member of a fully integrated Community Mental Health Team in Wokingham.

 

An opportunity has arisen in the Community Metal Health Team in Wokingham and we are seeking to recruit a Social Work Practitioner or an Occupational therapist to join the service. The service is fully integrated and multi disciplinary and led by a joint management structure. You will be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team who pride themselves in delivering excellent services to service users and their carers. The service is proud to be rated “good” by CQC and is accredited with the Royal College of Psychiatry.The post holder will carry a varied case load of individuals and will act as a care coordinator and also a BIA if qualified to do so. The post holder will also undertake some self directed assessments. We are looking for someone with a good level of clinical knowledge and skills to complement the team. The service provides a supportive and stable environment in which to work and will offer opportunities to develop your skills and experience and also potentially offer the opportunity to train as an Approved Mental Health Professional.
