This is an exciting time to join Waverley Borough Council, playing a central role supporting the work of the Council’s HR Team.

You will be working closely with our payroll provider and HR team, ensuring that pay amendments and adjustments are made in an accurate and timely way and that payroll is run every month. You will enjoy variety and pace, be highly organised and have excellent communication and customer care skills.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Payroll Administrator and/or Payroll Manager with some crossover HR knowledge. Experience with iTrent will be an advantage.
This is a part-time position which can be arranged over days to suit the successful applicant. Please note that due to payroll cut off times, there are a few days each month where leave will be restricted. It is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. We offer flexible working patterns such as compressed hours, flexi-time and home working. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
