Experienced or Newly Qualified Occupational Therapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is either experienced or newly qualified to join our friendly, dynamic and forward-thinking team.

We are looking for a highly motivated OT who is willing and able to support people with care and support needs with primarily physical but also mental health social care needs to realise their potential by supporting them to engage in meaningful occupation.

To realise this, we are strengths based and occupationally focused and employ a broad variety of potential interventions such as re-ablement, major and minor adaptations, equipment and moving and handling. Connecting people to their community, family and friends is a key occupational aspect of our work.

We maintain a very strong continuous professional development culture to ensure we deliver the best outcomes and maximum impact we can with the resources available. We are looking for an OT who will contribute to our efficiency as well as benefit from the support of an extremely skilled and knowledgeable team.

The successful candidate will be an OT ideally with knowledge and experience of working with adults across a broad range of service user groups including but not exclusively physical disability, older adults, mental health and learning disability.

Essential qualifications/experience 

A professional Occupational Therapy qualification registered by HCPC or awaiting HCPC registration if newly qualified. Any potential offer would be dependent on your successful HCPC registration.
