We are looking for a Customer Service professional who has the ability to initiate and implement improvements in customer service delivery, to lead our well-established Customer Service Centre and manage our complaints process whilst our current Manager is on sabbatical. You will be committed to working with residents to provide a service which gets it “right first time”, using performance information to drive service improvement.
In addition to a proven background in a pressurised contact centre, experience of managing and developing staff and excellent communication skills, you must have the numerical and statistical understanding to develop and produce meaningful performance indicators for the service
