Legal Services Administrator
Hours: Part Time (based on 22.5 hours)
Salary Range: £20,901 - £23,964 pro rata
Grade: SH 3

The Council’s Legal Section is seeking a proactive, efficient Legal Services Administrator to join our busy legal team.
Whilst no specific qualifications are necessary for this role, a higher education qualification and administrative experience is required for the post holder to be successful. Experience of working effectively within a busy office environment is essential.
In this role, you will provide general administrative support to the Council’s Legal Services Team. Duties will include the processing of land registry searches, the input of data onto computer systems, creating and amending legal documents, preparing engrossments, file opening/closing, organising deeds, filing and record management.
You will need to have good time management and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and IT skills are also essential, as is the ability to gather, interpret and record data accurately. In addition you must have a flexible approach and be able to work to deadlines.
