An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent finance and office administrator working across 2 beautiful small rural villages in the heart of Mid Cheshire starting January 2021 or earlier.

The Federation of Antrobus St Marks and Great Budworth CE Primary Schools is looking for a new finance and office administrator to work across our Federation.  The position will be split across the two sites which are 3 miles apart but the majority of the time will be spent at one site.

We are looking for someone who can keep us on track managing our one budget, someone who can deal with school based personnel administration and who can lead, motivate and develop our 3 clerical assistants.

The successful candidate will have ideally worked within a school setting in the administration office.

We would like you to be calm and approachable so that children, staff and parents have confidence that you will help.

In return we can offer you two happy village schools to work in, lovely children to brighten your day and varied day to day job satisfaction which will include interruptions, deadlines and conflicting demands!  Juggling skills will be required regularly.

The Federation is Church Aided and the Diocese has an important role in the life of the school alongside the Local Authority.  The Board of Governors is our employer.  Please complete the Diocesan Application form (attached).

The Federation of Antrobus St Marks and Great Budworth CE Primary school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the Welfare and Safety of Children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.  References will be sought prior to interview for shortlisted candidates.  An enhanced DBS check is required for the successful applicant.
